When my father passed away in 1995, I took over the dealership and maintained the small town values that my father always followed. Prior to starting his own RV dealership, Mike worked his way up from finance manager to general manager at Johnson RV Dealership. During this time, he began buying beat-up RVs and restoring them for resale. The challenge of taking something old and making it new and vital again was exhilarating and Mike has never looked back. He has since put his heart and soul into building Auto RV Broker, now called Mericle RV, into a highly successful RV dealership and motorhome service business.

Family and faith are key cornerstones for Mike Mericle who says he was inspired to create Mericle RV both because he wanted to be his own boss and to help others who are less fortunate. B&B RV

The dealership was established in 1999 in the North Park Hill area of Denver after a few years of planning. The name B&B RV, Inc. was chosen because of both the owner’s last names and the phone book days that required a strategy for appearing toward the top of the alphabetical order. We started out as a rental-only dealer and continue the tradition today of selling the fleet to keep the rental motorhomes as new as possible. In 2002, we moved into a larger facility, on the same property, to expand our rental fleet. After a few years of expanding into various sale brands, in 2010 we decided to get into new trailer sales focusing on high-quality, lightweight units.

Over the next few years, we expanded into the off-road, off-grid market. Our primary focus is still on smaller, premium manufacturers that have a commitment to producing high-quality products. In 2015, we bought out a small, local RV Service company with anticipation of moving to a larger facility. We moved to our current facility in 2017 in the Stapleton (now called Central Park) area of Denver. Every aspect of the business has grown, and our staff has septupled (x7) within our first 20 years of business. The move enabled us to expand into a full-service facility and become the go-to dealer for premium RV sales in Colorado while continuing to be the nation’s largest single-location rental dealer.
